Children can have fun in the paddling pool and playground. During the summer, a supermarket and a kiosk / tobacconist are available on site.

The check-in time is from 16:00 to 23:00, after 23:00 the key will be left with the guard at the entrance of the Marina Park. Check-out is at 10:00, PLEASE REMEMBER TO RETURN THE KEY TO THE RECEPTION BEFORE LEAVING.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, but only on the terrace.
It is forbidden to organize parties / events.
